■ Parking space is available on a first-come-first-served basis due to the limited number of spaces. If you leave a parking space, it may not be available upon your return. Parking space reservations are not available.
■ Baby crib, bed guard, baby bath, baby bottle sterilizer and dryer are subject to availability on-site, early reservation is required.
■ Pets are not allowed in the hotel. If found, a cleaning fee of NT$5,000 will be applied. (excludes guide dogs)
■ If any damage or stains is found at the time of check-out, the hotel will have the right to make a claim.
■ Please keep your valuables safe. If there is any loss, the hotel is not liable.
■ According to the law of the “Republic of China on Tobacco Prevention”. Smoking is not prohibited throughout the facility. If violations are found, a fine of NT$10,000 will be imposed.
■ The items and properties in the hotel are for use during the accommodation period. Please do not remove from the facility. If necessary, please contact us at the counter. Some items may available for sale.
■ Please be sure to return the room card when you check out. If the room card is lost during the accommodation period, the hotel will charge a card replacement fee of NT$100.

【Booking Policy】

■ If you are a vegetarian, please inform our front desk staffs at the time of booking, and we will do our best to arrange for you in advance.
■ To protect your reservation rights, please provide identification documents during the check-in process。
■ Check-in time:
■ after 3:00 PM. If you are unable to check-in before 6:00 PM, please contact the hotel in advance to confirm your reservation, otherwise, the reservation will be canceled and made available to the next guest。
■ Check-out time: before noon.。
■ Late arrival: Check-in from 00:00 am to noon, check-out time is noon on the same day. If you are staying in this section due to special circumstances, you can also inform the counter in advance, depending on the availability of the day。
■ Late check-out: NT$400 per hour, up to 6 hours, for one day over 6 hours. Late check-out is subject to availability on the day of the stay and the hotel reserves the right to approve。
【Cancellation Policy】
The hotel online booking deposit is charged according to the“Standardized Contract” issued by the TaiwanTourism Bureau. 30% of the total amount will be charged as a deposit at the time of service. In the event of a reservation cancellation, the cancellation fee will be applied accordingly to the law：
■ On check-in day, 100% of the deposit fee.
■ On the day before check-in, 80% of the deposit fee.
■ 2-3 days before check-in, 70% of the deposit fee.
■ 4-6 days before check-in, 60% of the deposit fee.
■ 7-9 days before check-in, 50% of the deposit fee.
■ 10-13 days before check-in, 30% of the deposit fee.
■ 14 days before check-in, 0% of the deposit fee.
In the event of a natural disaster such as a typhoon or an earthquake on the day of accommodation, a reservation may be postponed or fully refunded. The deposit can be reserved for use within three months. If you need a refund on credit card, wire transfer or ATM transfer, a handling fee of NT$100 will be charged from the full refund.
