  ■ Please be sure to return the room card when you check out. If the room card is lost during the accommodation period, the hotel will charge a card replacement fee of NT$100.

  ■ Late check-out: NT$400 per hour, up to 6 hours, for one day over 6 hours. Late check-out is subject to availability on the day of the stay and the hotel reserves the right to approve。

 

The hotel online booking deposit is charged according to the“Standardized Contract” issued by the Taiwan Tourism Bureau. 30% of the total amount will be charged as a deposit at the time of service. In the event of a reservation cancellation, the cancellation fee will be applied accordingly to the law：

  ■ On check-in day, 100% of the deposit fee.

  ■ On the day before check-in, 80% of the deposit fee.

  ■ 2-3 days before check-in, 70% of the deposit fee.

  ■ 4-6 days before check-in, 60% of the deposit fee.

  ■ 7-9 days before check-in, 50% of the deposit fee.

  ■ 10-13 days before check-in, 30% of the deposit fee.

  ■ 14 days before check-in, 0% of the deposit fee.

In the event of a natural disaster such as a typhoon or an earthquake on the day of accommodation, a reservation may be postponed or fully refunded. The deposit can be reserved for use within three months. If you need a refund on credit card, wire transfer or ATM transfer, a handling fee of NT$100 will be charged from the full refund.
